This Daisy 1894 western carbine was produced in Rogers Arkansas from 1961 thru 1986 . This is a look alike the real Winchester 1894 . It has a side loading gate that is similar to the real gun . Holds up to 40 bb’s . 8 to 10 in the magazine . There has been many characteristics changes since 1961 . This gun no longer has a metal butt plate or metal foregrip band it is now plastic and the cocking lever is very durable plastic I have never seen one broken . But I have seen the metal ones broken many times . In raised lettering on the receivers tells how to operate the BB gun and safety measures to take when operating the gun . Shoots strong like new .
